In 2019, together with our staff, we developed and agreed our three values of :

- Kindness
Our values define what’s important to us and help guide us in our decision-making, both in regard to our work and how we treat one another.
We believe strong operational effectiveness comes from a healthy working culture. To that end, we have transformed our culture over the past five years, creating an open and non-hierarchal environment based on our organisational values.
To be able to truly influence and engage positive social movement, we must be able to demonstrate that we, as organisation, also live these values.
