How to submit an application
If you are referring someone for support, please visit our funding portal to log in or create an account and submit an application.
What you’ll need to provide
As part of the application, you will be asked questions about the individual or family you are supporting. You may also need to upload documents such as bank statements or benefits statements so we can confirm eligibility.
If St John’s Foundation has provided funding to the household within the past two years, this will be considered as part of the assessment.
How long it takes
Once an application is submitted, we aim to respond within five working days. If the situation is urgent, we may be able to respond much sooner.
If the application is approved
You will receive an email confirming what support has been agreed. For essential household items, the individual may be asked to contact the supplier directly to arrange delivery.
If a voucher is issued
Where items are not supplied through our usual suppliers (for example Argos), a retail voucher will be sent to you by email. You will need to provide digital copies of receipts within 14 days to confirm the agreed items have been purchased.
